Terms and conditions for using Seedly.

1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「Seedly」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. アプリの概要
本アプリは、男性妊活に関する生活習慣や検査結果を記録し、比較や振り返りを補助するためのツールです。
3. 医療に関する免責
本アプリは医療機器、医療サービス、診断または治療ではありません。本アプリの情報や機能は、医療専門家による診断、治療または助言に代わるものではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は、医療専門家にご相談ください。
4. 利用条件
- 利用者は、自らの責任において本アプリを正確かつ適法に利用するものとします。
- 第三者の権利を侵害する内容の保存・送信、本アプリの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、改変または再配布は禁止します。
5. データとバックアップ
記録データは原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。エクスポート、共有、バックアップおよび復元は利用者の責任で行ってください。端末の紛失・故障、アプリの削除その他の事情によるデータ消失について、法令上許容される範囲で当方は責任を負いません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. サブスクリプション
- 一部機能は自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。
- 価格、期間および提供内容は購入画面に表示されます。
- 購入、更新、解約および返金はAppleのApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの規約に従います。
- サブスクリプションは、購入に使用したストアのアカウント設定から管理できます。
iOS版のライセンスには、Appleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA）が適用されます。
7. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびその素材に関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本アプリへ入力したデータの権利は、利用者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
8. 免責事項
法令上許容される範囲で、本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性、記録の完全性、継続的な動作または医学的結果を保証しません。
9. 規約の変更・準拠法
本規約は必要に応じて変更する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページ、アプリ内またはストアの説明文でお知らせします。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Seedly (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. About the App
The App helps users record, compare, and reflect on lifestyle habits and test results related to male fertility.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device, medical service, diagnosis, or treatment. Its information and features do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.
4. Conditions of Use
- You must use the App accurately, lawfully, and at your own responsibility.
- You must not store or transmit content that infringes another person’s rights, or misuse, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
5. Data and Backups
Records are generally stored on your device. You are responsible for exports, sharing, backups, and restoration. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss or failure, deletion of the App, or other circumstances. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Subscriptions
- Some features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Price, duration, and included features are shown on the purchase screen.
- Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms of Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
- You can manage your subscription in the account settings of the store used for purchase.
The iOS version is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in the App and its materials belongs to us or its lawful owners. Rights in data entered by a user remain with that user or the lawful rights holder.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, complete records, uninterrupted operation, or medical outcomes.
9. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page, in the App, or in the store description. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Estas Condiciones de Uso regulan el uso de Seedly, una herramienta para registrar, comparar y revisar hábitos y resultados relacionados con la fertilidad masculina. Al descargar o utilizar la App, aceptas estas condiciones.
2. Aviso médico
La App no es un dispositivo ni servicio médico y no sustituye el diagnóstico, tratamiento o asesoramiento de un profesional sanitario.
3. Uso y datos
Debes utilizar la App de forma legal y bajo tu responsabilidad. Los registros se guardan normalmente en tu dispositivo; eres responsable de las exportaciones y copias de seguridad. Consulta la Política de Privacidad.
4. Suscripciones
Algunas funciones se ofrecen mediante suscripciones renovables. El precio, la duración y las funciones aparecen en la pantalla de compra. El cobro, la renovación, la cancelación y los reembolsos se rigen por las condiciones de App Store o Google Play. La versión para iOS utiliza el EULA estándar de Apple.
5. Responsabilidad, cambios y legislación
En la medida permitida por la ley, la App se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantizar un fin concreto, registros completos ni resultados médicos. Estas condiciones pueden actualizarse y se rigen por la legislación japonesa.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung von Seedly, einem Werkzeug zur Aufzeichnung, zum Vergleich und zur Rückschau von Gewohnheiten und Testergebnissen im Zusammenhang mit männlicher Fruchtbarkeit. Mit dem Herunterladen oder Verwenden der App stimmst du ihnen zu.
2. Medizinischer Hinweis
Die App ist kein Medizinprodukt oder medizinischer Dienst und ersetzt keine Diagnose, Behandlung oder Beratung durch medizinische Fachkräfte.
3. Nutzung und Daten
Nutze die App rechtmäßig und auf eigene Verantwortung. Aufzeichnungen werden grundsätzlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert; für Exporte und Sicherungen bist du verantwortlich. Weitere Informationen enthält die Datenschutzerklärung.
4. Abonnements
Einige Funktionen werden als automatisch verlängerbare Abonnements angeboten. Preis, Laufzeit und Funktionen stehen im Kaufdialog. Abrechnung, Verlängerung, Kündigung und Erstattung richten sich nach den Bedingungen des App Store oder von Google Play. Für die iOS-Version gilt Apples Standard-EULA.
5. Haftung, Änderungen und Recht
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird die App ohne Gewähr für einen bestimmten Zweck, vollständige Aufzeichnungen oder medizinische Ergebnisse bereitgestellt. Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden und unterliegen japanischem Recht.

L’App n’est ni un dispositif ni un service médical et ne remplace aucun diagnostic, traitement ou conseil d’un professionnel de santé.
3. Utilisation et données
Utilisez l’App légalement et sous votre responsabilité. Les relevés sont généralement stockés sur votre appareil ; vous êtes responsable des exports et sauvegardes. Consultez la Politique de confidentialité.
4. Abonnements
Certaines fonctions sont proposées par abonnement renouvelable. Le prix, la durée et les fonctions figurent sur l’écran d’achat. La facturation, le renouvellement, la résiliation et le remboursement suivent les conditions de l’App Store ou de Google Play. La version iOS est soumise au CLUF standard d’Apple.
5. Responsabilité, modifications et droit applicable
Dans les limites de la loi, l’App est fournie « en l’état », sans garantie d’adaptation à un usage, d’exhaustivité des données ni de résultat médical. Ces conditions peuvent être mises à jour et sont régies par le droit japonais.
