1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「Sotto Note」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. アプリの概要
本アプリは、爪噛み・皮膚いじり・髪いじり等の体に向かう反復行動（BFRB）に悩む方が、自分の行動を記録し、振り返るためのセルフケアツールです。
3. 医療に関する免責
本アプリは医療機器、医療サービス、または治療法ではありません。本アプリが提供する情報や機能は、医師、心理士、その他の医療専門家による診断・治療・助言に代わるものではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。
4. 利用条件
- 本アプリの利用には、13歳以上であることが必要です。
- ユーザーは、自らの責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。
- 本アプリの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布は禁止されています。
5. データの取り扱い
- 本アプリで記録されたデータは、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
- 開発者はユーザーのデータにアクセスできません。
- 端末の紛失、故障、アプリの削除によるデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いません。

6. サブスクリプション
- 本アプリは無料版とプレミアム版（有料サブスクリプション）を提供しています。
- サブスクリプションはApp StoreまたはGoogle Play経由で購入・管理されます。
- 購入後の返金については、Apple Inc.またはGoogle LLCの規約に従います。
- サブスクリプションは更新日の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。
- 無料体験期間中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません。
7. 知的財産権
本アプリに含まれるデザイン、テキスト、画像、コード等のすべてのコンテンツは、開発者に帰属します。ユーザーが本アプリに入力したデータの権利は、ユーザーに帰属します。
8. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。
- 開発者は、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの動作の中断、エラー、データの消失について保証するものではありません。
9. 本規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストアの説明文にて通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
10. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the conditions for using Sotto Note (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. About the App
The App is a self-care tool designed for people dealing with body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), such as nail biting, skin picking, and hair pulling, to log and reflect on their behaviors.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device, medical service, or treatment. Its information and features are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a doctor, psychologist, or other healthcare professional. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
4. Conditions of Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You use the App at your own responsibility.
- Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the App is prohibited.
5. Data Handling
- All data recorded in the App is stored exclusively on your device.
- The developer cannot access your data.
- The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, damage, or deletion of the App.

6. Subscriptions
- The App offers a free version and a premium version with a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Refunds are subject to the terms of Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You will not be charged if you cancel during the free trial period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including design, text, images, and code, belongs to the developer. Data entered by users belongs to the user.
8. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is.”
- To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
- The App does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or prevention of data loss.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced through the App or the store description. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

3. Aviso médico
La Aplicación no es un dispositivo médico, servicio médico ni tratamiento. Su información y funciones no sustituyen el diagnóstico, tratamiento o asesoramiento de un médico, psicólogo u otro profesional sanitario. Si tienes alguna preocupación de salud, consulta a un profesional sanitario.
4. Condiciones de uso
- Debes tener al menos 13 años para utilizar la Aplicación.
- Utilizas la Aplicación bajo tu propia responsabilidad.
- Se prohíbe el uso no autorizado, la ingeniería inversa, la modificación o la redistribución de la Aplicación.
5. Tratamiento de datos
- Todos los datos registrados se guardan exclusivamente en tu dispositivo.
- El desarrollador no puede acceder a tus datos.
- El desarrollador no se responsabiliza de la pérdida de datos causada por la pérdida o avería del dispositivo o por la eliminación de la Aplicación.

Die App ist ein Selbsthilfetool für Menschen mit körperbezogenen repetitiven Verhaltensweisen (BFRB), etwa Nägelkauen, Skin Picking oder Haareziehen, mit dem Verhaltensweisen aufgezeichnet und reflektiert werden können.
3. Medizinischer Hinweis
Die App ist kein Medizinprodukt, keine medizinische Dienstleistung und keine Behandlung. Ihre Informationen und Funktionen ersetzen keine Diagnose, Behandlung oder Beratung durch Ärzte, Psychologen oder andere medizinische Fachkräfte. Wende dich bei gesundheitlichen Bedenken an eine medizinische Fachkraft.
4. Nutzungsbedingungen
- Du musst mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein, um die App zu verwenden.
- Du verwendest die App auf eigene Verantwortung.
- Unbefugte Nutzung, Reverse Engineering, Änderung oder Weiterverbreitung der App sind untersagt.
5. Datenverarbeitung
- Alle in der App aufgezeichneten Daten werden ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
- Der Entwickler kann nicht auf deine Daten zugreifen.
- Der Entwickler haftet nicht für Datenverlust durch Verlust oder Beschädigung des Geräts oder durch Löschen der App.

6. Abonnements
- Die App bietet eine kostenlose und eine Premium-Version mit kostenpflichtigem Abonnement.
- Abonnements werden über den App Store oder Google Play gekauft und verwaltet.
- Erstattungen unterliegen den Bedingungen von Apple Inc. oder Google LLC.
- Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Verlängerungsdatum gekündigt werden.
- Bei einer Kündigung während des kostenlosen Testzeitraums entstehen keine Kosten.
7. Geistiges Eigentum
Alle Inhalte der App, einschließlich Design, Text, Bilder und Code, gehören dem Entwickler. Vom Nutzer eingegebene Daten gehören dem Nutzer.
8. Haftungsausschluss
- Die App wird in ihrem gegenwärtigen Zustand bereitgestellt.
- Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet der Entwickler nicht für Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen.
- Ein unterbrechungsfreier oder fehlerfreier Betrieb sowie die Vermeidung von Datenverlust werden nicht garantiert.
9. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Diese Bedingungen können bei Bedarf aktualisiert werden. Wesentliche Änderungen werden über die App oder die Beschreibung im Store bekannt gegeben. Die weitere Nutzung der App nach einer Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.
10. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht Japans und werden danach ausgelegt.

L’Application n’est ni un dispositif médical, ni un service médical, ni un traitement. Ses informations et fonctionnalités ne remplacent pas le diagnostic, le traitement ou les conseils d’un médecin, d’un psychologue ou d’un autre professionnel de santé. En cas de préoccupation concernant votre santé, consultez un professionnel de santé.
4. Conditions d’utilisation
- Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans pour utiliser l’Application.
- Vous utilisez l’Application sous votre propre responsabilité.
- L’utilisation non autorisée, la rétro-ingénierie, la modification ou la redistribution de l’Application sont interdites.
5. Traitement des données
- Toutes les données enregistrées dans l’Application sont stockées exclusivement sur votre appareil.
- Le développeur ne peut pas accéder à vos données.
- Le développeur n’est pas responsable des pertes de données dues à la perte ou à la panne de l’appareil, ou à la suppression de l’Application.

6. Abonnements
- L’Application propose une version gratuite et une version Premium avec abonnement payant.
- Les abonnements sont achetés et gérés via l’App Store ou Google Play.

- Les abonnements sont renouvelés automatiquement sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la date de renouvellement.
- Aucun montant ne sera facturé en cas d’annulation pendant la période d’essai gratuite.
7. Propriété intellectuelle
Tout le contenu de l’Application, notamment le design, les textes, les images et le code, appartient au développeur. Les données saisies par l’utilisateur appartiennent à l’utilisateur.
8. Limitation de responsabilité
- L’Application est fournie « en l’état ».
- Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, le développeur n’est pas responsable des dommages résultant de l’utilisation de l’Application.
- L’Application ne garantit pas un fonctionnement ininterrompu ou sans erreur, ni l’absence de perte de données.
9. Modification des Conditions
Ces Conditions peuvent être mises à jour si nécessaire. Les modifications importantes seront annoncées dans l’Application ou dans la description de la boutique. La poursuite de l’utilisation après une modification vaut acceptation des Conditions mises à jour.
